MTO Class Environmental Assessment (EA) Process

The Preliminary Design (TESR Addendum) and Detail Design studies are following the approved environmental planning process for Group "B" projects under the Class Environmental Assessment for Provincial Transportation Facilities (MTO 2000), which is approved under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act, with opportunities for public input throughout.

The figure below depicts the study process and the yellow star indicates the status of the Preliminary Design and Detail Design studies.
